Job Title: Customer Service
Location: Bohemia, NY, 11716
Job type: 6 Months Contract with possibility of extension
- Education: HS Diploma/GED Required, in lieu of HS Diploma/GED at least 4 years’ experience
- Experience: 1-2 years in data entry/compiling
- Schedule: M-F 8AM - 4:30PM
Primary responsibility:
- Area of gathering customer information, identifying request, providing immediate response information or determining routing to appropriate team for closure. This position is also responsible for transacting all requests for quote and processing of customer orders.
- Managing parts ships by transaction numbers, tracking processes
- Collecting data - Exporting and importing to Excel spreadsheets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is a must
- 1-2 years of data entry experience
- High School Diploma or GED and up to 4 years experience.
