Lead Associate

Curinos is looking for a Lead Associate to join our Omni-channel Sales and Experience (OSX) advisory practice. OSX focused on the customer facing aspects of retail financial services including marketing, digital, product, and distribution.

The successful candidate will need to:

• Design & develop analytic models, with the ability to provide guidance to project team members to build such models
• Develop insights and findings from a variety of models and analytics; craft strategic stories to be presented to client executives
• Develop, train and mentor junior staff members to be capable successors in the practice
• Support the business development efforts of the Managing Directors and Principals by assisting with proposal
• Support the development of one or more streams of intellectual capital and methodology development within the division
• Write and contribute to the publishing of articles and reports that position and establish the firm as a thought leader

Candidates should have the following background, skills and characteristics:

• 1-2 years experience as a management consultant, preferably in either a major strategy firm or one of the major process and technology firms; or 2 years in retail banking, brokerage, wealth management, or consumer lending in an internal consulting or business analyst role
• Strong analytical capabilities including the ability to interpret complex analytics
• Strong verbal communication skills, with a particular focus on effective storytelling and logical presentation
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Bachelors degree required

The salary range for this role is $81,000Kto $90K.
