Pay Rate: $34 to 40/Hr
Duration: 6 Months

Our client is a global industrial and consumer products manufacturer.
Qualifications:
- This is an onsite role.
- 5- 8 years of recruiting experience for hourly manufacturing environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong interviewing and screening skills
- Experience with social media and creative sourcing.
- Excellent organizational skills for building candidate pool tracking and reporting
- Experience with Recruiting software systems for creating job requisitions and tracking candidate status and evaluation information. (Cornerstone)
- Demonstrated effectiveness in candidate placement.
Responsibilities:
- The Contract Recruiter will support the plant by ensuring that a pool of qualified candidates is maintained to support the needs of the current and forecast open hourly positions.
- The contract recruiter has the responsibility for “building feet on the ground” strategy, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- The Recruiter partners with the ADP managing the administration such as scheduling (as needed), offer letters, background checks, and closing of req.
- The role will report to the Talent Acquisition function.
- This is an onsite role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruiting strategy for identifying candidates.
- Research and recommend new sources for local active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Utilizing the branding tools and coordinating all advertising including local TV, newspapers, Billboards, etc. for recruiting purposes.
- Partners with on-site temporary staff vendor to identify f/t talent (TBD)
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Conduct prescreening interviews & tests.
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Creates recruiting status reports.
- Conduct regular meetings with the HR team and TA Manager to determine the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and workforce planning.
- Maintain communication with hiring managers.
- Manage to live hiring events, move candidates that apply via Indeed to our Henkel pipeline, and support with creating a weekly report for the project in terms of the number of candidates open/in pipeline/hired and the number of temps transitioned.

Salary: Up to $40.00 per hour
