Job Title: Warehouse Receiving Clerk (SAP)

Pay Rate: $20 to $23/Hr
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Houston, TX

This position is for the Building Automation division.

This position requires Contingent Workers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption.

Receiving clerk is responsible for unloading product shipments and processing them according to our processes and procedures. Below are the required experience and skills we are looking for. Also listed are the duties/expectations of the receiving clerk position.

  • Comparing packing lists to company purchase orders and ensuring that the products in each delivery match the packing list
  • Utilizing SAP to perform goods receipts and update product inventory
  • Ensuring damaged items are properly documented and placed in quality control
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming materials
  • Compliance with established company processes/procedures and following work instructions
  • Responsible for completing all paperwork, computer transaction, and record keeping of all inventory transactions
  • Utilize pallet jack, forklift, and other handling equipment
  • Utilize ladders to put away materials
  • Lift 50 lbs or more
  • Other warehouse duties as assigned (ie: shipping, packing, kitting, etc.)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years working in a fast pace warehouse receiving role/function
  • SAP ERP system

  • Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
