Infosys is seeking to hire Functional Consultant with Functional domain experience in one of processes like IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, HR Services, Security Operations, Customer Service Management etc. The position primarily will be responsible for playing functional lead (Project Management Consultant or Business Process Consultant) roles at ServiceNow engagements for various Infosys clients covering various Service Management processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of working experience in Information Technology.
- Experience working with ITIL processes or one of the functional domains like Operations Management, HR Services, Security Operations, Customer Service Management etc.
- Good understanding of key ITIL or functional domain concepts and their business applicability
- Experience working as Project lead / Scrum master / Functional lead working with team of functional analysts/developers
- Strong communication skills and experience managing IT/Business Stakeholders
- Experience working in a global delivery model as part of large deployment or support engagement and be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- As the Project Management Consultant role, the candidate should be able to
- Provide support to Implement ServiceNow Projects
- Liaison between the client and functional/technical teams, conduct workshops
- Advocate the use of Agile Implementation to simplify the delivery of ServiceNow Projects with different clients.
- Conduct Workshops and project meetings

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with any Service Management tools like Remedy, CA Service Desk etc.
- ITIL/PMP/Agile/Scrum certifications
- Any industry leading Service Management or Domain certifications
