Process Lead
In the role of Process Lead, you will act as an expert for the project team to different stakeholders, ensure process compliances, resolution of escalations, track and report project status regularly and contribute to process improvements to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments within the guidelines, policies and norms of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Identifying and driving opportunities that ensure the program is setup to successfully to achieve our priorities and drive the growth in the businesses we support.
- This role will support Strategic Business Unit’s strategies and functions that position the org for success such as: supply chain strategy, inventory optimization, supply chain transformation, etc.
- Plans VMI program or projects to meet specific objectives or goals.
- Is a key interface with Strategic Business Units and the program.
- Works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product or service.
- Identifies tasks, determines dependencies, identifies, and assigns specific resources, communicates expectations to team members, obtains task effort and duration estimates from team members, and creates/tracks the project schedule.
- Assesses risk and identifies issues.
- Monitors progress against schedule.
- Coordinates resources with other functions.
- Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
- Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures to perform nonrepetitive, analytical work.
- Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
Basic
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience
- Possess a proven track record of turning strategy into action
