Job Description
As a project manager, ensure service delivery as per the defined SLAs, process compliances, contribute to process improvements through automation with the objective to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments within the guidelines, policies and norms of the company
Location for this position is Burbank, CA. Travel as per business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for service delivery management based on contractual commitments to Infosys’s clients. Plans and monitors the resource deployment (Team size, span, Shift utilization, Skill set etc.) and ongoing monitoring to ensure budget and pricing assumption compliance. Ensure robust process definitions and SOP`s in order to deliver target as per SLA and to bring more credibility to customers from a knowledge perspective.
• Identify new opportunities for automation solution, check feasibility, provide testing results, and project planning, problem analysis, solution evaluation and recommendation

• Handles level 2/3 escalations with process owners, forms informal networks within the client organization. Plans for future challenges/issues with the process owns to ensure strong customer relationship.
• Initiate and drive the ideation process and guides implementation in order to meet client and internal commitments on a continuous basis

• Topmost priority to ensure First Time Right. Focus on bringing process and technology improvements, ensure first time right, drive best in class delivery model, benchmark best practices internally and externally in order to improve productivity

• Liaise with multiple stake holders to design the delivery framework based on specifications of each vendors across multiple platforms to stabilize the system with enhanced performance and delivery mechanism in the digital supply chain.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 8 years of experience as per the Job Description

Preferred

• Knowledge of Master Data Management (preferably in Media & entertainment)
