In the role of Project Manager, you will act as an expert for the project team to different stakeholders, ensure process compliances, resolution of escalations, track and report project status regularly and contribute to process improvements to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments within the guidelines, policies and norms of the company.
In this role you will be responsible for client and team interactions, transition activities, floor operations, quality and process compliance, knowledge management, internal/external audits and process compliance.

In this role you will be responsible for client and team interactions, transition activities, floor operations, quality and process compliance, knowledge management, internal/external audits and process compliance.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Strong Analytical, problem anticipation, diagnosing and solving skills.
- Act as one of our main on-site governance points for the 75-100 FTE Offshore engagement.
- Strong executive presence and ability to inspire Client confidence.
- Ability to quickly understand our offerings portfolio and seek out new opportunities.
- Good networking skills. Will be responsible to seek new areas of growth in the account.
- Manage projects, working closely with Offshore Project Managers and stake holders to ensure successful delivery.
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators and actively manage Cost, Schedule and Scope.
- Define and manage strategies to improve economies of scale and quality.
- Define and publish program-level dashboard to executive leadership.
- Effectively manage program risks.
- Proactively manage inter-project dependencies.
- Effectively escalate when clients fall short of their commitments.
- Assess stakeholder satisfaction and take corrective action as required
Qualifications
Basic
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 13 years of experience in the job description below.
Preferred
- Experience in client facing role managing highly complex programs
- Should have managed global programs with 100 team members and multiple sub-projects
- Delivering with on-shore and off-shore teams
- Prior experience in managing stakeholder expectations, SLAs, KPIs, project metrics and reporting.
- PMP Certification or other PM certifications are nice to have.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the Utilities sector
