As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll have the opportunity to cultivate deeper connections with our clients, understand their unique needs and goals, and collaborate with them to drive mutual success. As you expand our reach to other stakeholders, you will share the success we have had to date with heads of other departments and C-Suite, and you will foster ways that we can continue to surprise and delight their other teams.
Clients who feel valued and supported are more likely to renew contracts, recommend us to others, and provide valuable feedback, so the CRM role is critical in the continued success of InfoTrust. Happy Client contacts also bring InfoTrust with them when they switch jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Retention and Renewal:
- Secure and renew clients year over year, incorporating annual price increases.
- Document the client procurement process and timeline in Salesforce.
- Share our renewal process, understand the client’s renewal process, and obtain renewal signatures.
- Client Engagement and Education:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of InfoTrust’s business to address client concerns and questions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase case studies, testimonials, and other collateral for client wins. Recruit for InfoTrust client events like webinars and Summits.
- Share case studies and educational content with different client stakeholders.
- Value Proposition and Growth:
- Present InfoTrust’s Value Proposition to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, gaining access to additional stakeholders and budgets within InfoTrust’s Menu of Service (MoS).
- Identify and connect client needs/goals with InfoTrust services for growth identification and nurturing activities.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to gain introductions to client stakeholders working with competitors.
- Relationship Building and Collaboration:
- Expand Client Relationships by with identifying and engaging additional Strategic Stakeholders
- Collaborate with Google on prioritized clients, aligning on client priorities and minimizing churn.
- Work with internal delivery partners for client onboarding, internal review meetings, and potential business reviews based on client needs.
- Salesforce Management and Reporting:
- Keep Salesforce up to date with accurate and timely information.
- Manage and forecast the client pipeline effectively.
- Proactive Growth Identification:
- Identify potential growth opportunities in partnership with the industry team leader.
- Assist with value creation and Statement of Work (SOW) creation for interested clients.
- Client References and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Identify and share client references, assisting the Partnership team and clients in discussions with potential clients.
- Follow up with stakeholders who have left the client for potential future collaboration.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a Client Relationship Management, Client Success Manager, or similar role
- Previous experience managing a client portfolio size of $1.5-2 million
- Demonstrated ability to meet & exceed annual revenue quotas from a retention growth perspective
- Advanced relationship building skills with high level of business acumen and executive presence
- Strong attention to detail; experience keeping Salesforce or similar CRM up to date
