- Develop CNC programs using MasterCAM software to efficiently produce machined parts.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for CNC machining operations.
- Design jigs and fixtures to meet machining and fabrication requirements.
- Set up and operate CNC machines to validate and optimize program performance.
- 5 years of CNC programming experience.
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for CNC programming, such as Mastercam.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, and machining parameters.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and geometric tolerances.
- Familiarity with CNC machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
