InfraHire is looking for an Inventory Coordinator in Boonville, NY.
Job Description: Works effectively and efficiently in a construction yard environment to coordinate the receipt and tracking of all incoming and outgoing materials from the yard from all vendors and manufacturers within the company ERP system.
Job Functions
Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments and ensures associated paperwork and records are accurate and complete.
Transposes shipping and receiving information into company ERP System.
Ensures accurate record keeping and updating company ERP with receipts and shipments to ensure all materials status reports are accurate daily.
Interfaces with accounting department to forward relevant documentation.
Performs administrative duties like answering phones, updating records, and providing excellent customer service.
Assists in auditing of material as needed.
Requirements
Other duties as required
High School Diploma Or GED, Required, College Degree Preferred
3 years of shipping/receiving experience is preferred.
OSHA 30 Certification is required.
First Aid and CPR Certified (preferred)
Competency with Microsoft office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must have the ability to independently create spreadsheets and perform quantitative analysis
