- Account quality, customer service and customer relationships
- Scheduling staff to provide account coverage
- Interviewing, hiring and overseeing the training of new hires
- Problem-solving and supporting team members, navigating issues as they arise
- Coaching leadership staff and cleaning specialists
- Meeting shift metrics and goals as defined by General Manager & Director of Operations
- Performing sales visits to potential customers, developing bids and overseeing account start-ups & project work.
