Senior Manager, Maintenance and Field Services

Come join the Inframark team and take your career to the next level!  We are seeking a Senior Manager, Maintenance and Field Services.

This incumbent will oversee and direct maintenance personnel, equipment installation, facilities equipment repair, and preventative maintenance at the plant. Manage daily and emergency activities for Field Service teams and Maintenance staff, for treatment plants, pumping stations, vehicle maintenance and collection systems operations.

Salary range ($120K-$130K) depending upon level of experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and Manage maintenance and field services, including 40 member Union staff. 
• Oversee maintenance and field service work schedules, coordinate work schedules with plant operations staff, and Client engineering staff.
• Coordinate with outside contractors to perform activities, repairs, preventive maintenance on building equipment, and third party collection system repairs
• Oversee and manage purchasing and manage all related maintenance supplies and plant equipment repair parts for all equipment in facility.
• Oversee and coordinate CMMS and field service tracking software and reports for client and upper management
• Participates in the development and implementation of goals, strategies, and operating policies/procedures.
• Manages teams related to hiring, on-boarding, performance management, utilization, training, development, salary, promotions, transfers and terminations.
• Oversees schedules and organizes jobs for each crew.
• Performs QA/QC for work orders.
• Maintains monthly and annual KPI targets and provides reports for Management and Client
• Manages vehicle and equipment repairs and oversees tool and parts lists required for each employee.
• Meet and approves outside contractors to ensure all company SOP's are met.
• Interfaces with other departments in reference to scheduled jobs and vehicles.
• Assists with building and inventory needs.
• Ensures all DOT requirements are followed.
• Facilitates weekly maintenance meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

High School Diploma or GED and 10 years in Maintenance Management and 5 years Distribution/Collection System experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: 

Valid Driver’s License. Level 3 or 4 Collection System Operator license or ability to obtain in 1 year or Water/Wastewater License. One Call training and certificate.

Technical: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & internet. Experience in Computer Maintenance and Management Systems (CMMS) preferred. Experience in infrastructure maintenance software preferred.  Ability to work with basic office equipment & phone systems. Ability to use Vehicle GPS System. Working knowledge of OSHA requirements, DOT regulations & Utility SOPs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to: frequently lift 50-60 pounds; load, unload & move large equipment/tools; access confined spaces; continuously walk and climb stairs and ladders. Requires field work, in plant facilities and job sites.
