We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Salesforce Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating Salesforce reports, conducting data analysis to study sales activities and performance, and preparing presentations for sales leaders. You will collaborate closely with Salesforce Admins to understand reporting needs and ensure accurate and timely delivery of insights. This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce, and the ability to effectively communicate data-driven findings to support sales decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and generate Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales activities, performance metrics, and key performance indicators.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to study sales activities, trends, and performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Admins to understand reporting requirements, data structures, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare clear and concise presentations for sales leaders, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Assist sales leaders in interpreting and understanding the implications of the data analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Monitor and track sales data, ensuring data quality, consistency, and adherence to reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather additional data or insights to enhance the depth and accuracy of sales reporting.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce updates, features, and functionalities to leverage the full potential of the platform for reporting purposes.
  • Continuously assess and improve reporting processes and methodologies to streamline data analysis and reporting efficiency.
  • Provide training and guidance to sales team members on Salesforce reporting capabilities and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce reporting and data analysis, preferably within a sales or business intelligence role.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting functionalities, including report creation, dashboards, and data manipulation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex sales data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficient in creating visually appealing and impactful presentations using tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Strong collaboration skills to effectively work with Salesforce Admins and cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings to sales leaders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and understanding of B2B sales is a plus.
