Key Responsibilities:
60% SEO
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact SEO opportunities
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
- Regularly monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics to track progress
- Implement technical SEO enhancements to improve site crawlability and indexability
- Collaborate with the web development team to identify and implement website optimization opportunities
- Ensure website content is properly structured and optimized for search engines
- Perform regular audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues
- Manage cross-links and guest post opportunities
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure our content and thought leadership are optimized for SEO
20% Paid Media
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising
- Create and manage PPC campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and A/B testing
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI
20% Analytics and Reporting
- Provide regular reports and insights on the performance of paid media and SEO campaigns
- Utilize Google Analytics, SEMRush, HubSpot, and other analytics tools to track KPIs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in paid media and PPC campaign management in a B2B environment
- Strong SEO background with a track record of improving international organic search performance
- Proficiency in HTML and WordPress, and experience with website optimization
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certification is a plus
- Expert knowledge of SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
