About the Infusion Centers of Pennsylvania
Philosophy:
It is both an honor and a privilege to be entrusted with the health of others, and we consider that trust sacrosanct. We believe that the way we interact with each other, our patients and our healthcare partners on a daily basis allows us to turn high expectations into tangible outcomes, in turn facilitating an organizational culture committed to the vision of being an authentic leader in patient care.
To guide us in our everyday practice, we've committed to the SING approach: real-world communication practices where every patient, family, and team-member interaction is - in and of itself - an act of kindness. A purpose-driven approach dedicated to alleviating suffering...one interaction at a time.
We Are:
- ...always seeking to push boundaries in innovation.
- ...invested in a culture of "WE", putting patient Care and Experience First. Always.
- ...an organization committed to leadership through inclusivity and empowerment, not exclusivity or micromanagement.

If this is the kind of like-minded, dedicated team you want to be a part of, WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU.
We're Seeking:
A dynamic, emotionally intelligent, driven, and highly competent individual to be an integral part of our team as Office Manager, leading the way in what it means to deliver The Best Care Experience to our patients and healthcare partners.
What Does A Day Look Like For An Office Manager?
You'd Be The Go-To Expert and First Point of Contact For Every Patient As You:
- Compassionately coordinate behind the scenes the many dependency items needed in order for a patient with a chronic illness to get their infusion in a timely manner, all the while:
- never letting our patients know how much work it takes to facilitate an
infusion, but rather making them feel heard, cared for, and above all...
- helping them feel like at home with us, there as caring professionals to ease any physical or emotional stress they might have after going through what is often a tumultuous journey through the healthcare system - being sent from one specialist to another, subject to invasive testing just to get to a diagnosis, before finally finding their way to us for treatment.
- You'd be the hero who compassionately educates patients in understanding their infusion process from A to Z
- You'd be the key team-member in ensuring every patient is scheduled in accordance with their infusion therapy timeline, their insurance authorization is in place, their intake process is seamless and frustration free, their prescription is accurate and up-to-date, and patients are being updated regularly on timeframes, insurance benefits and appointment reminders.
- You'd be the champion overseeing the integrity of the smallest details contributing to patients having the best possible experience when they come to us for their infusion care.
- As a vital link between patients and your team, you'd work very closely with Referral Managers, Nurses and Doctors to ensure patient's clinical background and any referral needs they have are (as easily and seamlessly as possible for providers and patients) received in a timely manner by communicating in person, through IDTs, and EHRs.
- You would keep a keen eye on current patient referral processes, making recommendations where it might be possible to streamline or create efficiencies that best serve patients or providers
- ...and be an engaged part of an organizational mission seeking to provide the most individualized, innovative, convenient, and compassionate experience for patients, providers, and partners.
To Be Successful, the Right Candidate Will:
- Be solution-oriented
- Believe in the value of innovation and continuously find better ways of serving our patients and providers
- Believe learn-it-alls have an advantage over know-it-alls
- Subscribe to a culture of "WE" and working together as a team...an "all-hands-on-deck" growth-mindset, with open communication and creative collaboration around challenges and barriers.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on the details
- Have a knack for investigative research and critical thinking
- Be authentically people-oriented
- Be adaptable, enjoying work environments that require frequent shifts in direction
- Love taking on challenges, even if they might fail
- Equally enjoy working with little direction and as part of a team, rowing in the same direction to achieve the same goal(s)
- Thrive in high-pressure situations because you rise to the occasion when it's time to diffuse, de-escalate, alleviate, solve-for.
