Job Description

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Project Manager (Business Operations) to contribute to our IngramSpark team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.  In this role, you will partner with management to define and implement assigned project rollouts.  You will support the implementation of products and business initiatives having internal and/or external impact within IngramSpark Business Operations team.  These projects might include but are not limited to the integrating of new internal & external services, one-off projects, and managing long term projects presented to the Business Operations team by a variety of stakeholders. As the Project Manager, you’ll track the project’s progress, resolve issues and impediments, report statuses, and communicate the progress internally or externally to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or directly related year for year experience
  • 3 years’ experience leading projects, managing internal and external platform improvements, and product & services developments

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using Jira
  • Experience using Project Management tools such as Trello, Zoho or similar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learns and understands how the IngramSpark client facing website interacts with internal systems and structures to speak intelligently to projects related to platform & service changes.
  • Helps to define the scope of projects with internal stakeholders & develops procedures to fully
  • Operates as a subject matter expert on new products and services offered by competitors and other general product information of interest to customers.
  • Identifies, researches, & provides critical consideration to potential new products and services that promote long-term growth of the IngramSpark program.
  • Manages all development projects related to IngramSpark’s book-building tool.
