Responsibilities
· This role is responsible for coding and developing components, customizations, or other solutions within the Salesforce instance.
· As part of the development team, this role focuses on changes and improvements to Salesforce functionality in support of business needs.
· Salesforce Developer will be working with the core team supporting Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud applications in a production environment.
· Translates business requirements into technical user stories and solutions.
· Reviews epics/user-stories, clarifies requirements, and estimates user stories.
· Develops and administers code, modules, packages, and interfaces to deliver on business requirements.
· Supports in the improvement of software delivery using DevOps and other Agile methods.
· Effectively debugs and resolves technical issues and/or defects.
· Performs independent code reviews and certifies code developed by self and other junior team members.
· Acts as subject matter expert and may guide the day-to-day work of the team through mentorship and coaching.
Qualifications
· Industry knowledge with the understanding of Service Cloud customization and configuration best practices and product development life cycles as well as the limitations and considerations of leveraging various solutions within Salesforce Platforms and the Salesforce deployment process.
· Technical knowledge with the ability to utilize tools DevOps tools (Metadata API, GIT, VS Code, Jenkins, JIRA, etc.); deployment tools (SFDX, Jenkins, Force.com IDE, etc.); and configuration and customizations tools (Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled, and Batch classes etc.).
