Community Manager
INH Properties, a Midwest based, full-service Real Estate company is looking for an energetic, dependable community manager for 2 section 8 properties, Northside Terrace in Hawley, MN and Valley Pines in Twin Valley, MN. The community manager plays an important role in the success of each property and are the face of the community. This ideal candidate must be a self-starting go-getter, quick learner, and takes pride in their work. On-site living opportunity but not required. This position would work 30 hours a week.
Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Maintain positive resident relations
· Ensure property is leased to maximum occupancy
· Office administration duties as necessary
· Resident relations/retention
· Supervision of maintenance staff, if applicable
· Vendor relations
· Collect and post rent using
· Prospect tours of available units
· Ensures compliance and adherence to Fair Housing laws
· Cleaning duties as assigned
Salary: $18- $23 Depending on experience
