Job Description Summary
LiveRez is looking for an experienced Property Management Software professional to step into the role of Integrations Specialist. The Integrations Specialist is critical to the success of LiveRez and will oversee the connection and support for all integrations. This is a new and expanding role for LiveRez and the chosen candidate will help mold this position to best serve our growing list of clients.
You will become an expert on LiveRez and each integrated app supported by our software. Connected apps include but are not limited to 3rd party booking channels, home automation, insurance providers, dynamic pricing, and CRM partners. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing client success.
What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Learn LiveRez inside and out in order to best serve our clients based on their integrated app needs.
- Be the source of information for internal and external users of our integrated apps: how they connect, what they do, how they serve our clients, and how to onboard new clients onto each integration.
- Identify and help to solve any issues that may arise from an integration.
- Meet with clients during the onboarding process to determine their integrations needs.
- Implement client integrations and communicate with clients how to use each integration.
- Manage sometimes ambiguous and often complex client issues requiring help from other departments, who are all based remotely.
- Continue to follow trends in the vacation rental industry to see which new integrations LiveRez may want to partner with and alert the LiveRez team of new opportunities.
- Assist with existing client support tickets that pertain to integrations to understand issues better as they arise.
What We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications)
- 2 years of experience in property management software, preferably with account management experience and knowledge of the various integrated software platforms for a Property Management Software.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to learn complex software.
- Vacation Rental industry experience preferred.
