Are you a problem solver? Investigate our consultant opportunities. Using your detective skills, you’ll identify and define the analytical and reporting needs required to support our clients. You will use your business and client knowledge while partnering with the Engagement Leader, Manager, Associate, and Analyst to tackle pricing management challenges.

We are looking for a highly motivated Front End Architect to join our growing technology team. You will be joining a group of high-achieving technologists working to standardize our front end development methods, establish and document the solution architecture for new projects, and mentor our growing development staff.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to the Client Solutions development Scrum teams.
• Establish and prove out front end development patterns, standards, and reusable components. Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements related to the front end components.
• Mentor and educate teams on established standards and best practices.
• Provide the technical “Art of the Possible” viewpoint for initial project inception discussions with business users and stakeholders.
• Support the Client Solutions teams and participate in their agile ceremonies and processes.
• Align with Architecture, Software Development, Data Science Group, and Data Management to deliver an efficient solution.
• Work with stakeholders across the organization to assist with front end development decisions, questions, and technical issues and support their digital user experience needs as part of an overarching client solution.
• Document and communicate best practices for greater functionality, scalability, and user experience for our digital client solutions.
• Participate in all aspects of the software lifecycle, including business analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and release.
• Deliver fully functional solutions guided by industry best practices and test-driven methodologies.
• Assist in reviewing the scope, complexity, and effort to deliver project tasks.
• Develop explicit and thorough documentation of all source code and implemented procedures produced as part of the overall solution.
• Serve as the point of escalation to troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs and production issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience working as an Architect or similar role.
• Advanced working ReactJS knowledge and exposure to other JavaScript frameworks.
• Working knowledge and experience with Azure ecosystem.
• Some experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages such as Python, C#, Java, etc.
• Experience building and optimizing front end digital applications, architectures, and component libraries.
• Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Ability to mentor, teach, and lead others.
• Exceptional work ethic, judgment, business acumen, attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts and present to senior-level executives.
