The Commercial Systems Manager is a core member of the Commercial Operations team. The primary objective of the Commercial Operations team is to provide end-to-end strategic and transaction support for our revenue-generating teams. As a Commercials Systems Manager, you will manage the team administering the automated systems and processes that support our teams that sell and deliver services to our global customers.

WHO YOU ARE
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, CPQ and other relevant applications (e.g., SPIFF, Kimble, Clari) are a plus
- 2 years of people managing experience in a growth oriented business
- Salesforce Certified Admin and other Salesforce badges are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or relevant technical field
- Cloud or SaaS industry experience is a distinct advantage
- Strong business and financial acumen, and ability to work with high performance selling teams
- Experience in delivering high quality work products against challenging timelines
- Cross functional influencing skills
- Fluent in English, both written & verbal
- Demonstrated willingness to take full ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks and successfully troubleshoot support issues
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective & strong leadership skills
- Self-motivated and driven
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will be a hands-on leader, managing the day-to-day operations of InMoment’s business systems that support our commercial operations
- Project manage key initiatives, including new integrations, migrations, customizations, and rollouts of new applications and features
- Identify opportunities to improve systems to develop incremental automation to streamline and improve operational processes
- Troubleshoot support issues and identify root causes to mitigate future challenges.
- Lead and engage a team of high performing administrators
- Manage dashboards and reporting cadence
