Event Set Up is a seasonal position. Candidate is responsible for the implementation of all event setups; including furniture, and/or equipment necessary for corporate meetings, dinners, social gatherings, and weddings. Must have strong attention to detail in the quality of output required for setups.

- Report and follow up on all maintenance issues in meeting rooms and surrounding areas
- Reset meeting spaces to the original set up after each event
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of public spaces and meeting rooms
- Keep storage areas tidy and well organized
- Report any damaged event items
- Keep a professional attitude and demeanor during all guest interactions
- Problem solve last minute requests and changes
