What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evening Dining Room Supervisor position at Inn at Walnut Trail?
We are looking for someone who has a passion to serve and care for the elderly. We strive to ensure our residents are well fed and well taken care of. Dining is the highlight of their day.
We serve "Restaurant style" which means taking orders table side, however, there are no tips just hourly wage.
Dietary Supervisors and severs are responsible for:
- Setting dining room before and after meals.
- Serving beverages and meals to Residents.
- Taking orders in a "restaurant style" manor.
- Relays orders to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen to residents & guests.
- Clears dishes between courses and after meal.
- Works with other team members to clean and reset dining room after meals.
- Helps wash dishes.
- Trains new servers on processes and procedures.
- Can preform all duties in accordance with food service guidelines, policies and procedures presented verbally and/or by written instruction.
- Reports to work as scheduled in a clean, neat uniform.
Dietary Supervisor:
- Ensures all tasks are completed and supervises the dinning room.
Free meal for every shift. Laid back atmosphere. Not responsible for ordering, or scheduling. Shifts are over at 7pm.
