The Spa Supervisor’s main responsibilities are:
- Supervises Inn at Perry Cabin Spa "crew" members to ensure efficient and smooth-sailing operations for producing excellent feedback and providing memorable guest experiences.
- Responds in a professional and courteous manner to arriving and departing guests by providing accurate and timely information and services.
- A supervisor is an excellent role model, sharing their expertise and continually inspiring the Spa "crew" to deliver amazing spa and customer service.
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Friendly, warm, and welcoming when speaking with internal and external guests.
- Organized, detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications
- One year of experience in a similar position is desirable.
- Proficient in spreadsheet applications and word processing required.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule according to the needs of the position and the demands of business including some weekends and holidays.
