Job Summary:
Inner Solace Therapy is a private practice seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to grow with our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice, with a focus on client care coordination, social media and newsletter management, and general administrative support. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the practice's professionals to ensure efficient and compassionate client service while also contributing to the overall growth and visibility of the practice.
Education:
Minimum of a high school diploma; additional certifications or coursework in office administration or related fields (counseling, social work, rehabilitation) are advantageous.
Qualifications:
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in social media platforms and content creation.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with practice management software.
- Prior experience in client care coordination or a related role.
- Knowledge of mental health terminology and practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic work environments.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
