CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and
experience:
years of experience with enterprise class Windows Server system design and administration, including
the proactive monitoring of system environments and problem resolution, user support, system
application support, operating system (OS) support, hardware/software system installation,
configuration, and maintenance.
years of experience as an enterprise administrator in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
domain infrastructure.
years of experience with cloud integration technologies including Azure Dev Ops.
years of experience administering VMWare and management of systems on the VMWare platform.
years of experience designing, implementing, and administering Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS
cloud solutions.
years of experience managing and supporting systems using various scripting languages including
Microsoft Powershel
CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
Design, install, maintain, and document all server and cloud platform requirements in an
enterprise scale Microsoft Azure Active Directory cloud platform, as directed by the Department.
These duties include but are not limited to: system administration, server maintenance, monthly
patching, daily monitoring, error tracking, issue remediation and change control.
Perform proactive daily monitoring for high availability, system data protection, central
authentication, user account management, disk storage management, hardware and OS
maintenance, and application maintenance for all platforms serviced by the Enterprise Cloud
Support Team, as directed by the Department.
. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported by customers, system administrators and
support teams, daily, as directed by the Department.
Provide technical expertise to users, management, vendors and peers for issues involving other
Department business offices and vendors, daily, as directed by the Department.
Provide documented resolutions to Service Desk and Change Management tickets, daily, as
directed by the Department.
DATA SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY TASK:
The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply at all times with all
Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as
specified in the Data Security and Confidentiality document attached to the purchase order.
