Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Business Process AnalystPosition type : Contract to hire Duration : 6 month Location : Birmingham, AL - HYBRID - 3 days per week in the office.

BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSTPrimary Responsibilities Plans, organizes and coordinates the efforts of delivering continuous improvement services requested by Corporate Management in support of the corporate vision, mission, critical issues, tactics, goals and objectives.

Support is offered to all divisions and departments of the company and includes interaction with associates at all levels.

Business Process Analysts are expected to utilize department accepted and standard project management methodology. The incumbent should support Project Consultants and the Business Consulting Division through the steps of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing business-improvement projects.

It is critical the position stays knowledgeable of project management techniques and ongoing initiatives throughout the organization.

The incumbent will assist in the project management process by providing documentation and requirements-gathering resources.

Summary of QualificationsBachelor's degreeExperience in a position leading projects to improve workflow / productivityExperience using project management techniques and toolsExperience in a position researching and documenting projects and presenting recommendationsExperience in a position interpreting, and communicating information orally and writtenExperience working with various MS Office programsExperience interacting with all levels of staff internal and externalRequirements gathering and documentation highly preferredExperience writing test cases preferredExperience performing user acceptance testing preferredBachelor's degree in Business, MIS or related field preferredMinimum of 3 years' experience in the support of enterprise level projects preferredPAY RANGE AND BENEFITS : Pay Range* : $40 - $45 / hr.

w2 *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
