Position type: Contract

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Eugene, OR 97401- Onsite

As a Desktop Support, you will:

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Ticketing Tools – Service Now, Remedy, JIRA,
• Windows & Mac Support – Installation & Administration
• ITIL Process – Incident Management, Change Management
• Experience in Incident Management Process & Policies
• Performs physical build-outs, installing computing devices and low voltage cabling
• Office 365 Deployment & Support
• AD Support
• SCCM, MDM Experience
• Any Certification is a PLUS.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $31 - $36 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
