The client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Machine Operator / Assembler

Position type : Full-time / Contract to hire

Duration : 12 Months

Location : Tempe, AZ

1st and 2nd Shift roles available

Onsite role

As Machine Operator / Assembler you will must have :

• Ability to wear required PPE to fullfill shift duties : smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses.
• Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
• Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
• Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.
• Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
• Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
• Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read drawings / blueprints / work instructions.
• Must be able to clearly read and write in English.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range* : $ 18.50 - $19.00 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
