Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Technical Product Manager

Position type: Full-time/Contract

Duration: 5 Months Possible extension

Location: Plainsboro, NJ

Hybrid (3 days a week onsite, 2 days remote)

Schedule: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

As a Technical Product Manager you will have:

TOP MUST HAVES:

• Telephony experience, including preference for Gensis Pure Cloud.
• Creating IVR experience.
• Soft skills: communication both written and oral, ability to work both individually and with others.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Execute and manage product vision defined by product owners.
• Work with stakeholders – mainly product owners and product managers - to establish and manage the product roadmap.
• Analyze customer requirements, build, prioritize and maintain product backlog.
• Evaluate, handle/mitigate technical risks on an ongoing basis.
• Assess new products to measure their potential value and conduct capability analysis regularly.
• Align with stakeholders, implementers and Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure product viability.
• Create success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
• Be an evangelist and subject matter expert to the suite of products and solutions.
• Understand several perspectives in the development process including technology dependencies, needs of the user, capabilities of developers, vision of the stakeholders and assess where the product stands in the market from a competitive standpoint.
• Work with very limited direction. Determines technical objectives of the assignment/project.
• Develops technical solutions to complex problems which require regular use of ingenuity and creativity.

Pay Range*: $60.00 - $62.73 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
