As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Innovate Recovery, you will play a crucial role in providing therapy services to individuals facing a variety of mental health and substance abuse challenges. You will work collaboratively with a team of skilled professionals to deliver high-quality therapeutic care to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and develop treatment plans for clients.
• Take detailed notes and sign-off on colleague notes in the EMR system (KIPU).
• Provide individual therapy to address a wide range of emotional and relational issues, dual diagnoses issues and alcohol/substance abuse issues.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in clinical supervision and team meetings.
• Stay current with the latest research and therapeutic approaches in the field.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
