Associate Product Manager, Consumables

Job Summary

The Associate Product Manager, Consumables acts as the central resource and driving force for the order and inventory management, forecasting, and planning for the entire consumables portfolio at iA. The role will analyze and integrate external customer and site specifications, to drive efficiencies for ordering consumables and improving upon forecasting for customer inventory needs. This exciting role requires an experienced, driven individual with both business and technical acumen, relationship management skill sets, a passion for numbers, and strong leadership abilities. This is a unique opportunity to build upon a new business vertical for a fast growing, innovative company. As a member of the product management team, you will work with customers, partners, and internal teams to make this happen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work cross functionally to establish order management from entry to invoicing
• Work with customers to maintain inventory, and troubleshoot issues
• Forecast new business projections
• Forecast new customer consumable needs for testing and production
• Work cross functionally to address quality, shipping, and customer issues
• Manage deadlines based on project expectations
• Collaborate internally and with vendors to maintain supply chain

• Microsoft Office Suite with extensive Excel knowledge
• Microsoft Teams/AhA
• Smartsheet
• SharePoint
• ERP knowledge
• Order Management software skills – a plus
• Inventory Management software skills – a plus

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain, or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a product planner or product manager - preferred
• Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization.
• Ability to maintain quality of execution through aggressive deadlines, changing priorities, and evolving operations.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of the team.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Pharmacy/Healthcare vertical understanding or experience nice to have
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
