Innovative Advantage Security is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our private security company with an office based in the Montebello area. We are looking for an energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, handle multiple assignments, and manage deadlines effectively. This position requires flexibility as certain days will be on call with a provided work phone and pre-scheduled weekend work. Responsibilities:
- Organize security posts in accordance with post orders, client instructions, and internal procedures.
- Promptly respond to any security guard, sites issues or project changes that arise to alert the proper manager or supervisor.
- Prepare and distribute detailed post assignments to security guards, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle between our Administrative and Operational department
- Support project documentation, including creating and maintaining project files, reports, and calendars.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the film production security context.
- Interact successfully at all levels of the organization and function as a team player.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience or transferable skills.
- Available to work outside normal shift schedule on an as-needed basis including weekends.
- Experience in scheduling, operations, or other functions within the security industry is a plus.
- Must be fluent in Spanish
