What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Project Manager position at Innovative Driven?
Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to assist the in-house legal team at one of our global financial service clients on an hourly basis.
This role is expected to be temp-to-perm, and it is expected to provide full-time hours. The structure of this role will require both on-site and remote work.
Beginning in September, the position will require 2 weeks of on-site work each month in Smithfield, RI. and 2 weeks fully remote.
In this role, the Technical Project Manager will support the firm’s Legal Technology Management group and the candidate will play a crucial role in the consolidation and modernization of the firm’s technology practices. The successful candidate will connect with the firm’s delivery teams and stakeholders, providing end-to-end project management oversight with involvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and define the technology strategy roadmap.
- Define testing environment and acceptance criteria for end-users.
- Collaborate with partners to execute the vision and concept development of a product.
- Merge efforts with stakeholders to ensure that the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is clear and understood by the delivery teams.
- Develop value, cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work is aligned with technology strategy and results.
- Define, create, and implement test plans that accurately predict the resources required to accomplish tasks.
- Solve application related problems, and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
- 8 years of experience requirements gathering, Project Management, process mapping, developing digital solutions.
- Document Management experience desirable.
- Proficient in MS Visio, MIRO, or other data modeling tools
- Working experience within an agile (SCRUM, XP, Kanban, etc.) environment or desire to quickly adopt, preferred.
