The Innovative Foodservice Group makes it easier for restaurant owners, chefs, corporate buyers, and others to get exactly what they need to make any kitchen run more smoothly – from equipment to supplies to design to consulting – so they can get ahead of the day.
We are looking to add a new member to our growing sales team, including Inside Sales Reps.
Responsibilities Include
- Maximize sales opportunities with guidance from Sales Leaders.
- Respond to customer requests for quotes and proactively follow up.
- Process orders received online and by phone.
- Assist customers by providing friendly service via phone and electronically (Email and Live Chat)
- Deal directly with vendors regarding progressing orders.
- Promote the JES Company by focusing on quality customer service and relationships.
- Receive education on currently available products and in turn provide this information to customers daily.
Skills/Qualifications
- A superb ability to multi-task.
- Solid skills in electronic communication.
- Comfortable and articulate telephone communication skills
- High familiarity with online sales transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook & Excel
- Strong keyboard and computer skills.
- A willingness to learn and advance at a position.
- **One year of sales experience preferred. **
- HOURS: 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday
