We are seeking a full-time Psychotherapist to join our team and provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing counseling services, and evaluating progress.
The ideal candidate will be new to the field or have 1-3 years of experience working with a variety of populations and be able to demonstrate a commitment to learning new therapeutic approaches, willingness to grow with and contribute to our therapy practice, and working collaborative with all team members while providing compassionate and effective care to our clients. Most of all, we're hoping to add an energetic and dedicated team member that has a passion for helping those with general therapy and in particular those with trauma.
Responsibilities:
- Work together with our team to best meet our client's needs.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention services.
- Assess and diagnose mental health issues.
- Educate clients on mental health issues and strategies for coping.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Refer clients to other resources as needed.
- Provide referrals to community resources.
Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Pay: $75.00 - $125.00 per hour
