As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Innovent, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of existing and new product development projects. This individual will be responsible for a team of engineers and support staff, supporting the birth and execution of projects and processes within Operations. A successful candidate here will bring the energy and process driven approach necessary to scale alongside our company’s goals for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers, providing guidance and support.
· Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive continuous improvement.
· Maintain strategies for the effective management of Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs).
· Ensure timely and accurate execution of ECNs, minimizing disruption to production schedules.
· Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the manufacturing engineering function.
· Work closely with your team and other departments to allocate resources effectively, ensuring that teams have the necessary tools, equipment, and personnel to meet project goals.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Materials, Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality, to support NPI timelines.
· Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address NPI challenges that may arise.
· Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in new product implementation.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
· Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in Process or Manufacturing Engineering
· Regulated environment experience (ISO)
· Strong understanding of engineering processes, design principles, and manufacturing practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
