POSITION SUMMARY:
The Salesforce Administrator will play a vital role at Innovive Health in enhancing our Salesforce platform and designing best practice solutions. This individual will be responsible for user management support including but not limited to responding to support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, documenting, and delivering innovative solutions within our instance. This role will become an integral member of our growing business intelligence team that is focused on building, designing, and analyzing Innovive’s data environment and underlying infrastructure.
\n- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- 4 years hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, data model, architecture, and security model
- Familiarity with Apex highly preferred

- Manage support and administrative requests of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical and business issues.
- Manage the configuration of new and existing features including roles/profiles, permission sets, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows rules, flows, etc
- Monitor, preserve, and document the data privacy and security model
- Monitor, review, and routinely ensure data accuracy across the platform
- Partner with business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve critical business needs and promote user efficiencies.
- Actively participate in the Salesforce roadmap and prioritization of projects with key stakeholders
- Monitor, implement, and communicate key salesforce development updates that may impact the entire Innovive Health platform
- Develop and train on key global salesforce resources
