Teller Services, LLC a subsidiary of Chiphone Federal & INOVA Credit Unions is searching for a Full Time Teller.
 
In order to accommodate organizational growth, Teller Services, LLC located in Elkhart, Indiana is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and driven individual to join a thriving organization.  We are searching for a Full Time Teller.  Our Tellers are a very important part of our organization.  You will have the chance to interact with people in all phases of life with the assistance of a collaborative and engaging team. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Handle and carefully respond to all member inquiries by building excellent rapport & confidence
  • Identify member needs and take strategic action in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent member service through active listening on every interaction
  • Work with confidential member information and treat it sensitively
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of Teller Services LLC products and services
  • Meet or exceed established goals by offering Teller Services LLC product and services
  • Follow all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every member interaction
  • Identify member financial needs and offer solutions by phone and online requests. 
  • Balance according to Teller Guidelines/Cash Handling Procedures
  • Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the branch
  • Complete documents relating to state or federal regulations.
  • Monitor SSC guidelines if Shared Service Center Outlet
 
What we are looking for:
  • Have the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • A self-starter
  • An individual with basic Microsoft Suite knowledge
  • 6-month cash handling experience
  • Consistent work history
  • Some technical background
