The opportunity
Reporting to the Director of People Operations and working closely with hiring managers across all departments, we are adding a Manager of Talent Acquisition on the west coast of the US. As an individual contributor initially, you will curate talent pipelines with passive prospects and past applicants for future needs. You will provide hands-on support and consultation to the business in executing and evolving our strategic talent practice, extend insights to hiring managers and interviewers, and drive talent programs and process improvement. As a core member of the People Operations team, you will help guide our global talent strategy and scale and evolve programs to attract and onboard diverse talent.
Who you are
Both strategic and tactical, process-oriented and relationship-focused, you are a Manager of Talent Acquisition. You may be coming from a startup where you helped to successfully scale Talent Acquisition, executing on a strategy as the company grew. Or, you may be coming from a more corporate environment where you spearheaded a range of talent initiatives. You want a hybrid role that enables you to be hands-on, be thoughtful, and be influential. You want to design and implement company wide strategies and processes that streamline the talent acquisition function, and attract and engage the best talent out there - worldwide.

You will step up to the challenge of navigating talent acquisition through the engagement of third-party recruiters, agencies, and consultants in our EMEA and APAC sites, as well as those brought on through mergers and acquisitions. What you will focus on:
- Strategy. You will create and execute our strategy for talent acquisition, focusing on building our employer brand and fostering a top-notch candidate experience. You will design, develop, communicate and implement an integrated staffing strategy emphasizing the talent pipeline to meet future workforce needs. You will identify a strategy for candidate sourcing that uses all available tools, including the company website, social media, job boards, employee referrals, and recruiting tools.
- Partnerships. You will reach out to and develop collaborative relationships with functional leaders and hiring managers. You will oversee and manage third-party agencies, particularly overseas. You will develop relationships with universities to optimize direct hiring and internship.
- Full life-cycle recruiting. You will successfully attract and hire skilled candidates for a diverse set of roles across Inpixon. You will conduct proactive sourcing and interviewing, coordinate interviews with stakeholders, prepare offer letters, respond to applicant inquiries, and manage offers.
What you will bring:
- The education and experience. You may have a university degree. You have 8 years of full-cycle recruiting in a technology-oriented matrixed environment, ideally with multiple locations worldwide. You have experience building out the recruiting function at a scaling organization, with the ability to anticipate and get in front of potential roadblocks.
- The technical skills. You are highly proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems. You know where to source candidates and how to attract and engage their attention.
- The interpersonal skills. You have expertise fostering relationships, building trust, and influencing decision-makers. You can take on the role of coach, offering expertise to high-level stakeholders and hiring managers.
- The ownership. You have the initiative to be proactive, identify the solution, and take action. You hold yourself highly accountable for your deliverables and, ultimately, the satisfaction of your hiring managers. You are results-driven and have direct exposure to setting metrics, optimizing processes, and executing strategies.
- The leadership skills. You have exceptional project planning and management skills. You excel at collaboration, managing conflict, and working across teams to get the job done. You can grow and manage a team.
