Senior Infrastructure Operations Administrator

IAA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Operations Administrator to join our corporate headquarters in Westchester, IL.

Responsibilities include: (but are not limited to the following):

• Managing and overseeing infrastructure operation’s administrators to ensure defined services are being managed and maintained
• Joint vendor management with assigned manager among vendors who provide operations support
• Manage Desktop/Server patching
• Support desk escalations to Infrastructure team
• Circuit, cellular, and voice ordering/billing
• Audio & Video Conferencing
• Tier 1 and Tier 2 systems related incidents/requests
• Field dispatches for troubleshooting
• Operations and monitoring of in scope infrastructure
• Call center telephony
• Yearly refreshes of branch network and/or telephony equipment
• Real Estate projects requiring network or telecom infrastructure assistance
• Track and provide guidance on vendor support renewals for hardware and/or software
• Monitoring and reporting on Service Now ticket queues to ensure operations & services outages/requests are being resolved within posted SLAs
• Act as first level management escalation for all incidents/outages/requests
• Presenting and communicating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for service operations to IAA Infrastructure Management
• All other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or similar work experience
• 5 years in Network Engineering or Systems Engineering related position
• 2 years experience in IT Leadership
• Ability to speak to different levels of technical understanding to different audiences
• Excellent soft skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
