About the role:
OLIVER is hiring a Motion Designer / Editor to join us on our journey with our newest client in the Cincinnati area.
The Motion Designer / Editor will work on projects that include design and animation for social. digital and general brand marketing needs. This role is responsible for developing inspired concepts, designs, and animation, and will work with the rest of the creative team to oversee each project through to its completion.
What you will be doing:
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Accept feedback and iterate over designs in a highly-collaborative, low-ego team environment
Ability to take a project from concept to completion, good communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential
Ensure final deliverables exceed design and production requirements and expectations
What you need to be great in this role:
4-5 years of design, editing and animation experience
A love of design, motion graphics and storytelling
Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and branding, along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance
Expertise in design and animation across all platforms especially social
Must have excellent design, typography and layout skills. Attention to detail is critical
Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere
