Reports To: Community Manager
Summary of Role: Provides administrative and customer support
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities and Duties
· Assist manager with on-site operations of master planned community
· Answer community incoming calls, help answer questions and resolve routine resident issues, including various account inquiries
· Process routine Deed Restriction inspection findings including software input, letter processing, and mailing
· Assist with correspondence between owners and the Architectural Review Committee members
· Assist with scheduling and managing necessary repairs throughout common areas and buildings
· Prepare and distribute welcome packets to new owners
· Communicate with residents as needed to ensure residents are knowledgeable regarding community’s services, operating procedures, issues and events
· Detailed data entry as needed for owner accounts and record keeping
· Electronic filing and office supply inventory, as well as other administrative support functions as needed or assigned

Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support and handling inquiries effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with basic proofreading techniques
- Previous experience in administrative tasks and office management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.26 - $22.23 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
