JOB DESCRIPTION
Our large manufacturing and engineering client is looking for an engineer to create and improve process of wire and cable products that are being implemented into larger internal product. This person will be responsible for ensuring that each bulk cable/wiring product is ran through thorough process and testing before being shipped out. Responsibilities include:
- Process Development/Implementation/Documentation – Tape, Cable, Braid
- Support Product Development/Design Engineering activities.
- Interact with test lab on process/product qualification activities – DOE, PFMEA, 8D, FA
- Tooling Specification & Design.
- Product / Process Validation & Transfer
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's in engineering - (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Electrical)
Wire and Cable experience (design, testing, taping, extrusion, braiding, jacketing)
Compensation:
$80,000 to $120,000.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
