What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cisco Developer - W2 - Remote position at Insight Global?
JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a Cisco UCCE Developer/Engineer to join a large financial organization. This position allows for candidates to sit fully remote and it is a 40 hour/week commitment. This role will work with the product development team and have daily stand ups/bi-weekly strategy sessions to ensure the entire team is aligned on the same goals. The team consists of roughly 20 members and everyone is supporting over 200 contact centers globally. This person is required to do the hands on full-stack development and will help guide the team to hitting goals along with learning the newest technologies in the industry.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of experience developing Cisco UCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise)
- 3-5 years of experience developing with Cisco CVP (customer voice portal)
- 3-4 years of experience developing with Cisco ICM (intelligent contact management)
- Exposure to hands on java development
