JOB DESCRIPTION
An employer in Tunkhannock, PA is seeking A Desktop Support Technician. This person will be taking support tickets through the queue and providing level 2 support to all IT hardware equipment. He or she will work between supporting the corporate office and personnel out on rig sites with their desktop and laptop equipment. He or she will be imaging and deploying machines, supporting set ups, and configuring laptops and desktops.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
5 years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician
Experience supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting all IT hardware equipment (laptops, desktops, PC’s)
Experience imaging and deploying PC’s
Experience supporting Active Directory
Experience supporting Windows 10
DESIRED SKILLS
Oil and gas industry experience
