Day-to-Day
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting activities, and treasury-related duties. The Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including senior management, to optimize financial performance and support the growth of our homebuilding business. This position will be 25% Treasury related and 75% collaborating with the field on FP&A responsibilities to help advance the home office group as a shared service for the field.
* Analyze operational and financial data to assist with insight into operations.
* Develop and assist with financial models.
* Assist in annual budgeting process, collaborating with field and home office stakeholders.
* Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on actual and forecasted cash outflows.
* Independently prepare and process wire transfers on behalf of CPG Builders.
* Review and audit purchases within CPG, act as liaison with Treasury on behalf of CPG.
* Prepare and communicate wire projections, cash needs and support as the point of contact between corporate treasury and CPG builders.
* Oversight for reallocation of P Card Account Spending Review, including communication to Builders, reallocate program limits based on average spending, etc.
* Review Letters of Credit submitted to Home Office from builders.
* Assist FP&A team with month end presentations to senior management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
