Core Hours: M-F 10 - 8 PM, Saturday half shift every few weeks

Job Description:
An Automotive Group is needing to hire for a Dealership Support Specialist to join their team! This person will be a vital addition to the team as they will be supporting the operational and inventory duties of the dealership specifically during their surge season. From the months of January until the end of April this dealership sees a massive increase in sales, and typically needs assistance with inventory, operations, and providing great customer service to clients.
Furthermore, this person will need to be comfortable with having to be on their feet for 5 hours a day, maintain internal and external dealership image by helping with spot cleaning as needed, be comfortable working outside for about 60-80% of the time, and must have an active Driver’s License to be able to assist with moving cars within the lot.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of in-person Customer Service Experience and/or Valet or Car Wash or Inventory experience, or any related experience
- Must have GED or High School Diploma
- Must have Active Driver’s License, as this role requires a Motor Vehicle Report
- Must be comfortable working on their feet 5 hours a day and both indoor and outdoor
- Must have a great upbeat personality and determination to get the job done
