Position: Occupational Therapist

Location: Onsite, Redwood City, CA 94062

Duration: 24 week (5.5 months) Contract

Hours: 7:30-4pm; Either Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs, No On Call

Start Date: ASAP

Must Haves:

Education Qualifications

Bachelors Degree or above in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university required

Licenses and Certifications

Rehab\OTL - Occupational Therapist . required
Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
Must have MOCA certification.
Current NBCOT in addition to CA license, have at least 2 yrs experience in an acute care hospital

Experience

3 years to 5 years of experience required.
At least 2 yrs experience in an acute care hospital
